Invopressin

Invopressin (Compound 42) is a vasopressin V1A receptor partial agonist with an EC50 of 1.0 nM. It is a research tool used in studies of cirrhosis complications, including hepatorenal syndrome type 2 (HRS2), refractory ascites, and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
