Urumin
Urumin is a small-molecule antiviral agent that potently inhibits influenza A virus (H1 strains, including PR8) with an IC50 of 3.8 μM by targeting the conserved hemagglutinin stalk. It neutralizes drug-resistant viruses and has demonstrated in vivo protective efficacy against lethal influenza infection in murine models.
