Jingzhaotoxin-II
Jingzhaotoxin-II is a 32-residue peptide neurotoxin that selectively inhibits voltage-gated sodium channels. It potently slows the rapid inactivation of TTX-resistant VGSCs in cardiac myocytes with an IC50 of 0.26 μM, making it a valuable tool for studying cardiac electrophysiology in vitro.
