Jingzhaotoxin-34

Jingzhaotoxin-34 is a 35-residue peptide toxin that selectively blocks TTX-sensitive sodium channels (IC50 ~85 nM) in rat DRG neurons while sparing TTX-resistant currents. This makes it a valuable pharmacological tool for studying neuronal excitability and pain pathways in both in vitro and in vivo neurophysiological research.
