PKCε inhibitor peptide, myristoylated
Myristoylated PKCε inhibitor peptide (Myr-PKCε-) is a cell-permeable, myristic acid-conjugated peptide that selectively inhibits protein kinase C epsilon (PKCε) . This inhibition reduces nitric oxide (NO) release in HUVECs and is used to study PKCε signaling in cardiovascular research, angiogenesis, and endothelial function in vitro.
