Ac-LDEETGEFL-NH2
This acetylated 9-mer peptide, Ac-LDEETGEFL-NH2, is a high-affinity Keap1 binder (K_D ~172 nM) targeting the Kelch domain. It serves as a key template for developing NRF2 activators and, when conjugated to FITC, functions as a fluorescent probe for in vitro binding studies of the KEAP1/NRF2 pathway.
