Myoregulin
Myoregulin (MLN peptide) is a regulin family member that regulates muscle performance by inhibiting the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA), thereby reducing calcium reuptake. This tool compound is used in skeletal and cardiac muscle research to study calcium handling in both in vitro assays and in vivo models of muscle function and fatigue.
