P-ESBP-DOX
P-ESBP-DOX is an HPMA copolymer conjugate of an E-selectin binding peptide and Doxorubicin. It demonstrates potent cytotoxicity against TNFα-activated endothelial cells (IC50: 0.28 μM) and is a valuable tool for studying targeted drug delivery to tumor vasculature in both in vitro and in vivo models.
