SIYNFEKL TFA is a modified, lower-affinity variant of the SIINFEKL peptide used to stimulate OT-I T cells. It is widely applied in both in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate T cell competition, avidity, and immunodominance within cancer and infectious disease research models.
