RSM3 TFA is a stapled peptide inhibitor of the METTL3-METTL14 complex with a Kd of 3.10 μM. It has demonstrated anti-tumor activity in cancer research, inhibiting cell growth and promoting apoptosis in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
