EGFRvIII peptide

This peptide, derived from the EGFRvIII mutant protein and presented by MHC I, can be used in glioblastoma research. When administered alone or conjugated with Flagellin B, it induces apoptosis and stimulates targeted immune responses in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
