PAMP-12 (unmodified)

PAMP-12 is an unmodified endogenous peptide and a potent agonist of the MRGPRX2 receptor, with an EC50 of 20-50 nM. It induces hypotension by suppressing catecholamine release from sympathetic nerves and adrenal chromaffin cells, making it a valuable tool for studying neurogenic hypotension, receptor pharmacology, and autonomic regulation in both in vitro and in vivo models.
