MBP Ac1-9

MBP Ac1-9 is an immunodominant peptide fragment of myelin basic protein used to study T-cell-mediated autoimmunity. It is a key tool for inducing and investigating Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE) in vivo and for T cell activation assays in vitro, modeling multiple sclerosis pathology.
