Wingless-type MMIV integration site family, member 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WNT1 gene. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. The gene was assigned to human chromosome 12q13.12. The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes that encode secreted signaling proteins.
