mRNA Capping Detection FlashPrep Kit

This product is used for pre-treatment of mRNA capping rate detection samples. Combined with special cleavage probe, 15-30nt samples with 5 'end cap structure can be obtained. This kit uses RNase H and cleavage probe to specifically cut the sample, complete the probe binding and enzyme digestion in one step, and effectively recover the 5 'end enzyme digestion fragment by using the specially optimized precipitation solution. The process is simple and rapid, and the treated sample can be directly used for capping rate detection with LC-MS system. The specially designed cleavage probe can effectively reduce the formation of secondary cleavage products and contribute to the analysis of subsequent capping rate detection results.
