BGJb Medium Fitton-Jackson Modification

BGJb Medium Fitton-Jackson Modification is a basal medium used for the growth and calcification of fetal bones. Supplementation is required, most commonly with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) for cell culture use, and requires a 5-10% CO<sub>2</sub> environment to maintain physiological pH.
