AAV Capsid Titration Detection Antibody Pair (Universal)

Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is the simplest and non-enveloped single-stranded DNA virus with a viral genome length of about 4.7Kb, which belongs to the parvovirus family. AAV has become one of the most important gene vectors in the field of gene therapy due to its long-term expression, low toxicity, low immunogenicity, and high tissue specificity.

AAV Titration Detection Kit (Universal) was developed for the detection and quantitative determination of AAV capsid titration in AAV gene therapy product preparation processing.

The unopened kit is stable for 36 months from the date of manufacture if stored at -20°C to -70°C. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 90 days from the date of opening.

This assay employs a standard sandwich-ELISA format, providing a rapid detection of AAV Capsid. The pair consists of AAV Capsid Capture Antibody and AAV CapsidDetection Antibody and HRP-Conjugated Antibody.
