SUMO2, Human (His)

Small ubiquitin-related modifier 2 (SUMO2) is a ubiquitin-like protein that covalently attached to proteins as part of post-translational modification system. SUMO2 is involved in a variety of cellular processes, such as nuclear transport, transcriptional regulation, apoptosis, DNA replication and repair, mitosis, signal transduction and protein stability. SUMO2 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived SUMO2 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
