Insulin β Chain Peptide (15-23)
Insulin β Chain Peptide (15-23) (INS) is an epitope recognized by autoreactive T cells. Its tetramer specifically stains the INS-reactive G9C8 CTL clone but not polyclonal CD8+ T cells from NOD mouse models. This peptide is a key tool for studying type 1 diabetes pathogenesis in both in vitro T cell assays and in vivo autoimmune research.
