ND1-YL2 is a peptide-based PROTAC that targets steroid receptor coactivator 1 (SRC-1/NCOA1) for degradation via the N-degron pathway. It demonstrates activity in triple-negative breast cancer research, inhibiting cell migration in vitro and suppressing metastasis in vivo in MDA-MB-231 models.
