SPR741

SPR741 (formerly NAB741) is a cationic peptide potentiator derived from polymyxin B. It is being developed to enhance the efficacy of existing antibiotics against serious Gram-negative bacterial infections. Research demonstrates its ability to potentiate antibiotics in both in vitro assays and in vivo infection models.
