CLIP (86-100)

CLIP (86-100) is a synthetic peptide fragment corresponding to the invariant chain segment that occupies MHC class II binding grooves prior to antigen loading. This research tool is widely used in vitro to study the molecular mechanisms of antigen presentation, including DM-catalyzed peptide exchange, and in immunological assays.
