Forigerimod TFA

Forigerimod TFA (IPP-201101 TFA) is a synthetic, phosphorylated peptide fragment of the U1 snRNP 70K protein that modulates CD4+ T-cell activity and inhibits autophagy. It is widely used in preclinical research, including in vitro and in vivo studies, to investigate the mechanisms and potential treatments for autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) .
