Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser TFA

Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser (TFA) is an integrin-binding peptide that inhibits integrin function by selectively binding to pro-caspase-8, -9, and -3, but not pro-caspase-1. It is widely used in vitro to study integrin-mediated apoptosis, cell adhesion, and signaling pathways in cancer and angiogenesis research.
