CALP2 TFA
CALP2 TFA is a potent calmodulin (CaM) antagonist (Kd = 7.9 μM) that binds EF-hand sites, inhibiting CaM-dependent enzymes and increasing intracellular Ca2+. It is used in research to study macrophage activation and the modulation of cellular processes like adhesion and degranulation in both in vitro and in vivo models.
