Gap 26 TFA
Gap 26 TFA is a connexin mimetic peptide that acts as a potent gap junction blocker. It is derived from residues 63-75 of the first extracellular loop of connexin 43, containing the SHVR motif. This inhibitor is widely used in cardiovascular and cancer research to study intercellular communication in both in vitro and in vivo models.
