M1145 TFA is a chimeric peptide and selective GAL2 agonist with 6.55 nM binding affinity, showing over 90-fold selectivity versus GAL1 and GalR3. It potentiates galanin signaling and is utilized in vitro and in vivo to study GAL2 roles in neurotransmission, nociception, and metabolic processes.
