OXA (17-33) TFA
OXA (17-33) TFA is a selective orexin-1 receptor (OX1) agonist with a 23-fold higher affinity for OX1 (EC50 = 8.29 nM) over OX2. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study OX1 receptor-specific signaling, feeding behavior, arousal, and reward pathways.
