NFF-3 TFA
NFF-3 TFA is a selective fluorogenic substrate primarily cleaved by MMP-3 and MMP-10, with additional hydrolysis by trypsin, HGFA, and factor Xa. When conjugated to Cy3/Cy5Q dyes, it enables sensitive detection of protease activity in live-cell imaging and in vitro enzymatic assays for cancer and inflammation research.
