Lonodelestat TFA (POL6014 TFA) is an orally active, potent, and selective peptide inhibitor of human neutrophil elastase (hNE) . It is a promising candidate for cystic fibrosis research, with demonstrated activity in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models of neutrophilic inflammation.
