CKLF1-C27 TFA is a C-terminal peptide antagonist of the CCR4 receptor, which competitively inhibits CKLF1 signaling and activates the ERK1/2 pathway. It promotes HUVEC proliferation in vitro and is a research tool for studying mechanisms in fields such as psoriasis.
