A-Helical Corticotropin Releasing Factor (12-41)
α-Helical CRF (12-41) is a synthetic 30-amino-acid peptide antagonist of corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) . It is widely used in neuroscience and endocrinology research to inhibit CRF-induced ACTH secretion in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo animal studies of stress response.
