CooP

CooP is a linear nonapeptide that selectively targets glioblastoma by binding to FABP3 (MDGI) expressed on tumor cells and vasculature. This interaction enables the targeted delivery of chemotherapeutic agents and nanoparticles, facilitating research in drug delivery systems and glioblastoma models both in vitro and in vivo.
