IRBP (1-20) (human, rat) TFA

IRBP1-20 is a peptide fragment used to study autoimmune uveitis, notably inducing disease in H-2b haplotype mice like C57BL/6. It is applied in both in vivo models of retinal inflammation and in vitro assays, where it modulates cytokine secretion (e.g., IL-4, IL-5, IL-6) from immune cells.
