Tat-Gap 19 TFA
Tat-Gap 19 is a Cx43 hemichannel inhibitor derived from the HIV-1 Tat domain. It blocks ATP release in vitro (10 μM) and shows in vivo efficacy by reducing cerebral infarct volume (25 mg/kg) and liver fibrosis (1 mg/kg/day) in rodent injury models.
