DC432 TFA
DC432 is a cell-permeable NTMT1/2 inhibitor (Kd = 0.3 μM and 1 μM, respectively) that blocks N-terminal methylation. It effectively inhibits RCC1 dimethylation in vitro and reduces trimethylation of the RCC1 SPKRIA motif in HCT116 cells, making it a valuable chemical probe for studying protein methylation in cancer and epigenetics research.
