LAP TFA
Lupus autoantigen peptide (LAP), derived from the La protein, is an antiviral peptide that inhibits HCV replication by blocking viral IRES interaction with host ITAFs like PTB and PCBP2. Its activity, demonstrated in Huh7 cell assays, is useful for studying HCV translation mechanisms and host-virus interactions in vitro.
