Tat-NTS Peptide TFA

The Tat-NTS peptide is a cell-penetrating compound that inhibits annexin A1 nuclear import by disrupting its interaction with importin β. It demonstrates neuroprotective effects in vitro against glucose-oxygen deprivation and in vivo by reducing infarct size and improving cognitive function in mouse MCAO models of cerebral ischemia.
