Tat-M2NX TFA

Tat-M2NX is a cell-permeable peptide antagonist of TRPM2 that inhibits H2O2-induced Ca2+ influx in vitro (25-100 μM) . In vivo, it reduces infarct volume in male MCAO stroke models when administered pre- or 3h-post occlusion, showing utility in ischemia and oxidative stress research.
