TIP39 (human, bovine) TFA

TIP39 is a potent and selective PTH2R agonist, elevating cAMP in recombinant and native receptor-expressing cells (EC50 ~0.5-1.15 nM) . It induces G0/G1 cell cycle arrest and reduces Sox9 in chondrocytes, and demonstrates in vivo antidepressant-like activity in the mouse forced swim test.
