Pap12-6 TFA

Pap12-6 is a synthetic antimicrobial peptide derived from papiliocin, exhibiting broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens in vitro. It demonstrates anti-inflammatory effects in LPS-stimulated macrophages and shows protective efficacy in murine models of E. coli-induced sepsis, reducing bacterial load and organ damage.
