S7 TFA
S7 is a peptide antagonist of the IL-6 receptor that inhibits IL-6 binding and signaling. It reduces VEGF in cancer cell lines, suppresses tumor growth in cervical cancer xenografts, and enhances targeted drug delivery to gliomas when conjugated to doxorubicin-loaded nanoparticles.
