RG33 TFA

RG33 is a synthetic 33-amino acid peptide derived from the C-terminal domain of apolipoprotein A1. It solubilizes DMPC multilamellar vesicles to form recombinant HDL, promotes cholesterol efflux from macrophages in vitro, and has demonstrated blood glucose-lowering effects in insulin-resistant mouse models at 12 mg/kg.
