OP-145 TFA
OP-145 is a synthetic antimicrobial peptide derived from LL-37, effective in vitro against pathogens like E. coli and C. albicans. When encapsulated in PLGA microspheres, it demonstrates potent in vivo anti-biofilm activity in murine models of osteomyelitis following fracture.
