BRC4wt TFA
BRC4wt is an acetylated peptide inhibitor of the BRCA2-RAD51 interaction. When conjugated to an (Arg) 9 cell-penetrating peptide, it disrupts homologous recombination repair and sensitizes cancer cells to PARP inhibitors like olaparib in vitro, showing selective activity in HeLa and U2OS cell lines.
