Pep2 Peptide

Pep2 peptide is a selective CD36 ligand that, when conjugated to doxorubicin-loaded micelles, enhances drug uptake and cytotoxicity in CD36-overexpressing HepG2 cells. This targeting strategy is applicable for in vitro and in vivo cancer research, particularly in hepatocellular carcinoma models, to study receptor-mediated drug delivery.
