Ac-​IETD-​CHO

Ac-IETD-CHO is a cell-permeable, reversible inhibitor that selectively targets granzyme B and caspase-8. It is widely used in apoptosis research to study pathways involving cytotoxic lymphocytes, Fas signaling, and models of liver injury in both cellular and animal studies.
