Glutathione ethyl ester
Glutathione ethyl ester is a cell-permeable glutathione prodrug that is hydrolyzed in vivo to replenish GSH. It is used in research on oxidative stress, such as protecting bovine oocytes in vitro and studying diabetic cataract progression in vivo by reducing ROS levels.
