Z-LLF-CHO

Z-LLF-CHO is a potent inhibitor of the chymotrypsin-like activity of the proteasome (Ki=460 nM) and also blocks NF-κB nuclear translocation. This cell-permeable aldehyde is used in vitro to study proteasome function, NF-κB signaling pathways, and associated cellular processes like inflammation and apoptosis.
