PTD2 (Ac-Gly-Val-Nle-Arg-Ile-NH2) is a cell-permeable peptidomimetic that selectively inhibits the histone methyltransferase WHSC1 with micromolar affinity. It is a valuable research tool for investigating the role of WHSC1 in epigenetic regulation, cancer biology, and for conducting both in vitro and cellular studies.
